Here you will find all the information that you need about our wedding day, which is on Saturday the 23rd of February 2019 in Panama City. The wedding will consist of a church ceremony, then welcome drinks, followed by dinner and a party. Below you will find the itinerary of the day.
The church is called "San Felipe De Neri" and is located in the area of Casco Antiguo, Panama City. We recommend that everyone should see the representation of the Birth of Christ in the room to the right as you enter the church. Wherever you are staying, we recommend you get a taxi to the church as it will be hot at this time of day. Your hotel will call a taxi for you and the taxi will know where the church is. Just tell them "San Felipe De Neri, Casco Antiguo" and they will bring you there. The hotel will tell the taxi driver too. If you are staing at JW Marriot, we will have a bus which leaves JW Marriot at 1.30pm to bring you to the church.
There will be buses to bring you from the church to the hotel. There are welcome drinks and some food at 4.30pm in the Barcelona Restaurant Terrace until about 7pm. This is an open terrace where there will be music and drinks and food. There is also an indoor area if you would like some air conditioning. There are a number of pools on different levels with ocean views so feel free to take a walk around and explore.
At 7pm there will be a dinner in the main function room. It will be a buffet dinner with an international menu so there will be food for all tastes. The food will be available for 4 hours so feel free to go back and have seconds and thirds whenever you wish.
"La Fiesta" is Spanish for Party, "Hora Loca" is Spanish for "Crazy Hour" and "Bar Libre" is spanish for "Open Bar". We think that gives a good enough idea of how the rest of the night will go! The party will finish about 3am, but if you still have energy there will be another bar open late about 40 floors above us with a nice ocean view. Taxis are available outside the main door of the hotel 24 hours a day.
